We currently ship through Australia Post using a registered service.
All orders are processed within 2 days and will be packed safely and securely for delivery.
When you order is shipped, you will received an email to confirm.
Please specify a residential or business address where someone will be available to sign for the item during working hours. Alternatively, if you miss your delivery a card should be left so you can re-arrange for a more convenient time.

AUSTRALIA - we ship via Express post, so your item should arrive within 2 days.
REST OF THE WORLD - we ship via Registered Airmail which takes around 10 - 14 days. For faster, fully trackable services please contact us, we are happy to post via courier should you want your order quicker for a small fee.

DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
Please note some countries may charge you local taxes, customs and/or duties. These are not included in your purchase and are to be paid by the customer. Ken the label is not responsible for these charges and you should contact your local authority with any questions or issues regarding these charges. We have no control over customs processing times or charges.
If you do not accept or refuse a parcel from Ken the label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.
