RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We've included a size chart on our site to help you find the right size for you. If you are uncertain and would like to clarify any measurements or details please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering, we are happy to send you further details.
We also understand that sometimes, things just don't fit as you'd hoped. We recommend trying your briefs on with your underwear underneath to ensure you're 100% satisfied with the fit and for hygiene reasons. If there are problems we are happy refund or exchange your purchase as long as the garments in the same condition as you received them - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached.
DOMESTIC RETURNS - For customers in Australia, returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - For overseas customers, returns must be received within 15 days of you receiving your item. We understand international shipping times can vary so contact us asap once your item arrives to arrange for return.
Please note returned items must be shipped at your expense and we cannot be held liable for missing parcels. We recommend you ship your returns to us using a registered, trackable and fully insured service.
Once we receive the return, we will issue a full refund for the item cost (minus shipping costs) within 7 days.
We do not offer refunds on sale items. However we will accept exchange for another size subject to availability.
We comply with Australian Consumer Law, and in the event that the item you receive is faulty or the wrong item is sent to you, please contact us with details and photos (if possible) of the issue within 7 days and we will arrange for a full refund including shipping costs. We can also offer an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit. In the case of a minor fault, we can also repair or replace the item subject to availability.
- All product prices are shown in Australian dollars and upon check out you will be charged in Australian dollars.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox immediately after processing your purchase - please contact us if you do not receive this.
- Once your order is processed you may not alter, change of address inclusive, or cancel an order without contacting Ken the label and receiving written consent. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once items have shipped.
PAYMENT & TAXES
- We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
Our store inventory is updated regularly, however due to the limited and one-off nature of many of our products, occasionally we may sell out of your chosen item. In this situation, we will notify you via email as soon as possible to discuss options for re-ordering or refunding the item.
